Premium Organic Absorbent
Applications Primary containment of general liquid spills including hydrocarbons, paints, solvents and non aggressive chemicals. Features Contains the best and fastest acting microbes for the bioremediation of hydrocarbons 100% natural product, fully biodegradable Our most versatile absorbent, fast absorption, low dust content and clumps when wet.
Limitations Will react to oxidising agents and acids. Not suitable in high wind areas. Description: Premium Organic Absorbent is a highly absorbent vegetable fibre which is capable of absorbing over 5 times it’s own weight in hydrocarbon or water based liquids. This is the most economical absorbent and competes successfully with other low cost absorbents such as “kitty litter”. Premium Organic Absorbent has a higher absorption capacity and a lower bulk density which makes it very economical to use along with the added capacity to remediate hydrocarbon spills. Premium Organic Absorbent contains micro-organisms which eat hydrocarbons. This simplifies disposal as the spent absorbent soon turns to compost destroying the hydrocarbons in the process.
